Our Story

Built by two busy mums who felt the same frustration.

Claire and Kelly know firsthand how hard it can be to find a home cleaning service you trust. As busy single mothers, they both wanted the same thing: to book a cleaner, know exactly who was coming to their door, and feel completely comfortable about it. They found that just wasn't an option locally, so they built it themselves.

The Cleaning Hub was born from that shared experience. It's a service designed with real families in mind — one where transparency isn't a bonus feature, it's the whole point. Every cleaner on our platform has a full profile, a photo, and a bio, because you deserve to know and choose the person coming into your home. We are fully insured and ICCA registered for complete peace of mind. You can also reach out to us if you have any questions or queries and you get to speak to an actual staff member.

After each visit, you'll receive a simple star-rating prompt to share your experience. Rate your cleaner, comment on the quality of their work, and help future clients book with confidence. Your feedback keeps our standards high and our team accountable — and it goes directly on each cleaner's profile for everyone to see.

Giving back to the community

Once a month we will be giving a free 4 hour clean to someone who really needs it. If you know some one who is struggling to keep their house clean and really deserves our help you can nominate them, or tell us about their story on our social media channels, or send a private email to us. We will pick a different deserving local community member each month to help them with their needs. Whether it’s a huge pile of ironing or a kitchen and bathroom deep clean, or sorting out a room of clutter, we want to give back to those who support us by helping people who really need it.
